1. Arrive for Class

Book your ideal class time from our class schedule through our member app and be greeted by your coaches and community.

2. Enter Room

When you first enter the room your body begins acclimating to the reduced oxygen levels. Breath normally and freely as you naturally adapt to the workout environment.

3. Introduction & Gameplan

Our coaches will explain how the altitude aligns with the daily workout & the aim and focus we are looking to achieve.

4. Warmup

Specific warmup designed for the workout to prepare the body and muscle groups we plan to train for your class.

5. Workout

Each workout is delivered through visual demonstrations on our TV system to allow members to always know what the exercise is and to ensure proper form is practiced. Our certified coaches will be there to assist and support you to have a great workout.

6. Post-Workout

After a quick post workout celebration we will utilize our mindset and meditation practice through breathwork to calm the nervous system and take a moment of mindfulness.

Air Locker Training Workouts

STRENGTH

Genuine strength workouts that target and track your results. Air Locker strength workouts target Compound Hero movements, with the goal of improving your technique and 5-6 Rep Max for both upper and lower body.

BUILD & BURN

Air Locker Build & Burn workouts combine a strength and hypertrophy focus to ensure our members build and maintain lean muscle mass whilst always staying ready and robust.

CONDITIONING

Air Locker Conditioning sessions partner altitude with a total body endurance workout focus. Variations in intensity, movements and flow forces Focus Through Fatigue and builds fitter, faster and sharper minds.

PERFORMANCE

Performance sessions target your personal peaks in power, strength and endurance. These challenge based workouts hold you accountable to both your team mate and your best effort.

HYBRID

Air Locker Hybrid sessions combine the foundations of training and performance. Attacking each session with the support of your teammates takes the altitude experience to new heights. Boxing, form, intensity, building to be better.

How does it feel?

  • The real weights, equipment and genuinely engaging coaches have impressed me. I’ve been training for 10 years and have never seen a workout bring all of this together in such an efficient experience.
